Peggy Gordon Consulting LLC was founded in 2012 by Peggy Gordon. Prior to starting her own consulting business, Peggy devoted more than two decades to developing and leading Corporate Sponsorship and Fund Development programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and cultural institutions.
Peggy has an impressive command and understanding of best-practice fundraising fundamentals that deliver desired results for her clients. She offers expertise and proven strategies designed to enhance existing programs, as well as identify and secure lucrative, new opportunities.
Peggy Gordon Consulting has implemented successful programs for many satisfied clients, including American College of Healthcare Executives, Glenview Park District, and Association of California Healthcare Districts.
Working with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) from 2010-2012, Peggy was instrumental in repositioning the AGD Corporate Sponsorship Program. During that time, she also developed and implemented a successful Fund Development Program for the AGD Foundation.
As Vice President of Development (2000-2010) at the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Peggy developed and managed ACHE’s Corporate Partnerships Program as well as the implementation of ACHE’s Fund for Innovation in Healthcare Leadership. Her success in this role hinged on her talent for building and maintaining strategic relationships.
Prior to that position, Peggy created and implemented successful Corporate Sponsorship and Community Affairs programs at the Chicago Botanic Garden. In this role, she led the Chicago Botanic Garden into the sponsorship arena, creating a new and significant revenue resource for the institution.
Peggy has been active in Chamber of Commerce work, holding the position of Executive Director as well as serving on the Board of the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of ASAE (American Society of Association Executives) and the Association Forum of Chicago. She currently serves on the Women’s Board of Northwestern University.
Peggy has a B.S. from Newcomb College/Tulane University and a M.Ed. from National Lewis University.
